About the space
By the hour or for a special event, this backyard pool oasis is sure to give you incredible moments to remember! The pool is heated to 85º, has steps in the shallow end for easy access, a diving board for extra fun, plenty of covered patio space and shaded seating areas, an entertaining 6ft gas fire pit area and a large grass lawn just behind it. There is also a private outdoor restroom just for you and your guests.
From date nights to movie nights, bachelorette and graduation parties to corporate team building events or even underwater photo shoots, the possibilities are endless!

The pool is heated to 85º, just the right temperature to cool off when it's hot outside or to warm up when the temperatures get cooler!
The back of the pool faces west. As the sun sets, the pool starts getting shade in the deep end, finishing towards the red lounge chairs and fire pit.
With a diving board in the deep end, the kids (both young and old!) always have a blast at the pool… But watch out for those cannon balls!
The patio table is under the covered patio for eating or just chatting around when you need a little reprieve from the sun. And the ceiling fan feels amazing.
The newly added 6ft natural gas fire pit with gorgeous blue fire glass is a great addition to stay warm after the pool on those chillier Colorado days!
There is a new private outdoor restroom at the back of the pool just for you and your guests (so you don't have to awkwardly enter a main house!).
The lawn area is very spacious and can accommodate fun games of cornhole and spikeball, or even tables for cocktail or dinner under the stars!
And sometimes it's nice to just sit back and take it all in at the end of a long day, feet up on the fire pit and favorite beverage in hand…
